Appreciate the professional and easy transaction. Delivery and pick up service definitely removes a major pain point for me! Equipment was clean and worked very well. I have light carpet and an old, grey cat which strategically throws up on carpet every now and then. Not a great combination but I still love him. Stains all gone! Also love that the shampoo has no fragrance. The machine was a little heavy for me to use on stairs; will rent their smaller cleaning machine next time for my stairs. Definitely recommend.

Excellent service! Exactly as advertised, super convenient, and great value. Rented a full-size machine for 48 hours, which came with more than enough solution to clean a 2-bedroom apartment. Pickup and dropoff times were confirmed via text which was really handy as well. You also receive a $25 rebate just for cleaning the machine, which makes this an even better deal.

I was skeptical with a company having a five star review, yet it is deserved. New machines and magic cleaning powers! I paid nearly $400 for a professional a couple years ago. This home use machine actually did a better job of my 20 year old carpets. I wish I had done a before and after. It was easy to rent, they dropped off the machine and picked it up for $30 which was great! Under $100 and my carpets look and smell amazing.

I booked a carpet shampoo machine rental from a web search, as I didn't want to pay carpet cleaners to stand around on my dime. I was pleased with the upfront price but suspected there might be hidden extra costs.Instead what I received was a top quality machine that was dead easy to use and clean, at exactly the price I agreed to pay.The results were better than I had hoped for, and doing 8 rooms, a hallway, two landings, and 29 stairs took me less than 4 hours.The machine can be disassembled and folded so moving it between levels was reasonable.Courteous service, good instructions, and delivery/pickup at my door made this a good experience.I would use Newclean again.

incredible service & so easy to use!rented the mini cleaner, drop off and pickup were easy to coordinate & they email instructions on how to use it as well as the cleaning instructions for a $25 rebate. so so worth it and perfect for spring cleaning! i’ve recommended them to everyone i know!
