Customer service is great BUT, I was charged 347$ for a belt on a wood chipper that was damaged due to a jam (as they said) and got told that it was probably wet brush and leaves. It was sunny all 4 days when I cut down trees and used the second wood chipper they brought to me for another 2 days without any issue. I believe the clutch was going but I got charged the price of the belt. First time I was renting with them and this will be the last!

Rented one of their containers for storage while doing a renovation. Was told delivery and pick up charges would be $150-$175" - first bill has both delivery and pick up on it - $250 each way - that is not a small error. Of course

This past week I had the most helpful and successful rental experience from Brian, Brad, Jim, Dean and other staff at the Belleville location. From my first phone call to the return of the equipment there was good communication and assistance.I would add that this is from a widowed lady in her 70’s so do not be afraid to call and rent equipment because with their help we can get “the job done”.Linda, Belleville

Poorly run, unsafe equipment rental. Took 2 weeks to get a refund. No one will return calls. Lots of option to rent from company's in town. Do not rent from here.

Same building as the Pegasus cheer-leading sport. I like that this gym club does not smell like a dirty shoe when you walk in the door. The place has a nice area for parents to watch and a nice place for refreshments for the parents but no cups. This business is still trying to build the sport in the area. But we can easily say its Belleville BEST cheerleader club

I called and Rodger was the best to deal with great group of people Honest and down to earth. And the plow I bought was way above my expectation per quality and the install was clean and well done these guys will have me as a customer for many many years Highly recommended. And they stand behind all there products and work. Thanks guys much appreciated. Was worth the drive from kingston.
